The PRi Rail mounted flip up front sight is designed just like the original barrel mounted front sight. The front sight works on any forearm rail that sits at the same elevation as the receiver. The sight is designed to lay backwards in the down position.
PRI Flip Up Front Sight FDE
PRI rail mounted front sight is constructed of T6 6061 hard coat black anodized aluminum. The flip up sight works the same as our original barrel mounted front sight. Post lift and locks into the up position and requires pressing the side detent button to lower. The front post height is 1.4" from top of the Picatinny rail that is at the same elevation as the receiver. The Front circle housing eliminates the shadow cast optical sights and the full circle hood increases speed of target pick up. Front post works on a 1/4 turns with a push pin lock, (standard A2 post.) Our front sights are also compatible with our rear sight and the A.R.M.S family or rear sights. Sight weights .3 ounces
